This mixture has the base of two excellent turf type fall fescues - Brandy and Finelawn Petite. Super Easy Turf 4 also adds 15% Imagine Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass, a very durable ryegrass and dark green in color with 5% Raven Bluegrass, also dark green in color and sod forming. The ryegrass and bluegrass's spreading ability fill in the space sometimes left from the bunch grass fescues. Super Easy Turf 4 will make a beautiful, but durable yard, athletic field or commerical site. Seed 8-10 lbs. per 1000 sq ft. for a nice thick uniform stand. | | 12-12-12-12ca One Bag Treats 5,000 sq. ft. |  Five turf type tall fescues blended together.
